Renee Harness

Founder & CEO

Renee has led leadership development initiatives since 1999 within companies such as Charles Schwab and Co., Inc., Roche Diagnostics and Third Eye Leadership. She has consulted in both corporations and government agencies to bring culture-changing impact of The Leadership Challenge® and The Leadership Practices Inventory®.  

In 2006, Renee began consulting in organizations and has sought to  increase the quality and quantity of leaders in the world through her expertise in The Leadership Challenge. She formed Harness Leadership to help leaders intentionally focus on their leadership and the positive impact that they can have on others. Renee has helped thousands of leaders find their voice and translate that into an inspiring vision for themselves and their organizations.
