Renee, a Certified Master of The Leadership Challenge, is co-author of The Leadership Challenge Values Cards Facilitator Guide and The LPI Action Cards Facilitator’s Guide. She co-developed the LPI Coach Training for Wiley (with her mentor Jo Bell), and has been responsible for refining the program since 2012. She has been mentored by authors Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner and has been facilitating, coaching, and speaking about leadership since 1999.
Tom is President of iLead Consulting and a Certified Master of The Leadership Challenge. His mission in life is to build stronger leaders, better teams, and more effective organizations. He was one of the first Certified Masters, outside of Renee Harness and Jo Bell, to facilitate the LPI Coach Training. Tom has facilitated The Leadership Challenge Workshop with organizations large and small. His clients include Mobil, Atlantic Richfield, Nortel, Texas Industries, and the Environmental Protection Agency.
